STEPS TO FOLLOW:

Talk with the children about the experiment and fire safety. Light the candle and place the bottle about 2 inches in front of the candle. Let a number of students try to blow out the candle. What happens?

Now place the bottle several inches in front of the candle. Let the students try and blow out the candle as they did in steps 3. What happens this time?
