WHY?

- This is Bernoulli's Principle: faster moving air exerts a
lower pressure than the air that is not moving. The faster
moving air decreases the air pressure between the balloons.
The air pressure on the far sides of the balloons is greater
causing the balloons to move toward each other as the higher pressure
rushes toward the lower pressure area.
