STEPS TO FOLLOW:

Tie 1 yard (1 m) of string to each balloon and hang them up so they are about 2 inches (5 cm) apart. Ask students to predict what will happen if they should blow air between the 2 suspended balloons.

Blow hard between the two balloons. What happens? (The balloons move closer together, not further apart as many students would predict.)
