The Tool Bar
Below the title bar is a row of buttons that are called the tool bar. The first three buttons help you move about on the World Wide Web. The Back and Forward buttons work like a moist thumb on the pages of a book. You already know that the Back button will take you to the last page you visited. If you keep pressing it, it will continue to leaf backwards through all the pages you have been to until you reach the page you started browsing from. After you have hit the Back button, the Forward button will take you forward again, leafing through the pages you have visited until you get to the last link you clicked on. Notice that the buttons will turn pale or "grey out" when you can't move in that direction anymore. |
