Stop: If things are going slow or you think there is some sort of problem you can hit the Stop button to halt the download process. Most messages only consist of text and there won't be a need for this button, but occasionally someone may send you a picture or possibly even a movie (not recommended!) via e-mail and if you don't want to wait for it to download you can just hit this button.
