

Shortcuts: You will notice that many of the menu items have a
Each item on the pull-down menu bar is called, surprisingly enough, a
menu. If you position your pointer over one of the items and
hold down the mouse button, a small window with several options
on it will pop up. You can select an option by dragging your pointer
down the menu until the option you want to use is highlighted. Then
release the mouse button.

The pull-down menus displayed at the top of the Netscape document
window can be used to open new windows, revisit favorite Web pages,
setting preferences, accessing e-mail and newsgroups as well many
other things. Many of the menu items have a corresponding button on
the toolbar or on the
directory bar that performs the same function.

you many choose to use the keyboard shortcut by holding down the
command key (the one with the apple on it) while typing the other
character. For example, if I wanted to Quit Netscape, I would
